Keeping you safe
We are committed to helping the NHS and following social distancing guidance outlined by the Government. In order to keep our customers and staff safe, we are adapting and working in new ways. Please note that customers will be required to wear a mask during their time in the studio.
Our customers now have a variety of ways to discuss a new project with our design team.
AN IN-STORE APPOINTMENT
A consultation limited to two customers at a time in which our designer will give you a studio tour and discuss your plans in depth with you.
A VIRTUAL CONSULTATION
Our designers will contact you via Skype or Zoom to discuss your plans and discuss your kitchen space with you virtually.
A HOME VISIT
Our designer can visit you at home to discuss you project. We will follow strict social distancing measures and take all necessary precautions.
A SAFE IN-STORE EXPERIENCE
We’ve enhanced our cleaning regimes and staff are regularly washing their hands. Members of our team will wear a face covering when customers are in the studio.
Hand sanitiser will be provided in-store.
We are limiting appointments to two people per visit and at the moment asking children not to attend due to social distancing.
After each appointment the studio will be cleaned before the next customer visit.
We’ve implemented social distancing reminders across the studio.
