Contour is a kitchen design studio in Montpellier, Cheltenham. We work with architects and clients to create beautiful kitchen spaces. We have a positive culture and won awards for design & customer service. We are looking for a highly skilled kitchen fitter to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for a fitter who can install bespoke German kitchens to a high standard in private client’s homes. Tasks include:

• Removal of existing kitchens when necessary 

• Site surveys before fitting 

• Room preparation before fit 

• Remedial works

Essential Attributes 

• Relevant carpentry/cabinet-making qualifications or at least five years served fitting high-end kitchens

• Highly motivated with a friendly, polite personality

• Good customer handling skills

• Work well in a small team and demonstrate flexibility

• Be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

• Good references 

Desirable Attributes

• Other installation skills such as laying floors, etc.

• Glass templating

• Basic Plumbing  

This position would suit a self-employed person. However, Contour would consider making this a full-time employed role for the right candidate.

Salary: Based on experience and to be discussed at the interview.
