“Before starting our kitchen/dining room renovation project we had developed a “contemporary design brief” for our Georgian Terraced House. We consulted with four different kitchen companies across a spectrum of both price and styling. A key requirement for us was the need to have a design that was uplifting, contemporary (without being too modern) and represented excellent value. Out of all the proposals it was the Contour proposal that delivered a near-perfect design following our first meeting. A second meeting and a few design tweaks and the contract was awarded to Contour.

As in any project, you expect some unforeseen challenges and we certainly had our share. One of largest challenges was to get our new 240kg refrigerator with no proper access other than lifting the refrigerator over the garden wall by a crane but to do that we needed to access via another private property. However, Contour team got in touch with the owners and negotiated permission to bring in a crane. Everything was nicely managed, and the refrigerator was delivered safely.

I would say we are rather detail-oriented and we wanted to make sure that the kitchen was done to an absolute perfection. Once we met with the Contour installer, we knew that there was nothing to worry about.

Our kitchen/dining turned out to be all and more to what we expected. It is an absolute pleasure spending time in our new kitchen/dining room. Overall all members of the Contour team were fantastic from start to the end. Professional, knowledgeable and with a lot of patience throughout the 5 month renovation project. Therefore, we couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
